Describe a prepared statement.

NOTE:
This will only return meaningful information for a result of pq\Statement::desc().

None.

Returns:#

• array, list of parameter type OIDs for the prepared statement.

Throws:#

• pq\Exception\InvalidArgumentException
• pq\Exception\BadMethodCallException
